Mohamed Salah’s Agent Breaks Silence Amidst Reports of Covert Liverpool Exit Talks

In response to recent reports suggesting a clandestine encounter between Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) President Nasser Al-Khelaifi in Morocco, the player’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa, has vehemently refuted these claims on social media.

The speculation surrounding Salah’s supposed meeting with Al-Khelaifi stemmed from growing rumors of PSG’s interest in the Egypt international, with French sensation Kylian Mbappe reportedly eyeing a move to Real Madrid and Salah potentially being considered as his replacement.

According to Sports Zone, Al-Khelaifi and Salah have had numerous encounters in the past, with the PSG chief exploring various options and testing the waters in pursuit of bolstering his squad. They further stated, “Since the last World Cup, contact has never been cut with Mohamed Salah. The operation is very difficult, and the player has always contented himself with listening without adhering to the discourse.”

However, Liverpool supporters can breathe a sigh of relief as Salah’s agent took to social media to dismiss the reports outright, responding to a story shared by the ‘Get French Football News’ account, which had summarized the Sports Zone article. Issa’s tweet bluntly stated, “No, he did not. That’s the short story.”

With Salah’s agent unequivocally denying any secret meeting between the player and PSG’s president, the speculation surrounding the Liverpool star’s potential transfer seems to have been put to rest, at least for now.
