During an interaction with a staff member, Alexander-Arnold playfully alluded to more than just a hair transformation. “Hair speaks for itself. Fresh start, new season, new me. We’re back, and we’re better,” he shared with a smile, fueling speculation about his evolving role within the team.

The recent acquisition of Dominik Szoboszlai adds to the anticipation surrounding Alexander-Arnold’s potential forays forward, creating opportunities for his teammates, including Darwin Nunez. His adaptability was showcased during England’s recent victories over Malta and North Macedonia, where he displayed natural ability in midfield.

After scoring a spectacular goal in England’s 4-0 win over Malta, Alexander-Arnold expressed his comfort in the new position. “I haven’t played it too much, but it feels comfortable. It feels natural, I will say that. It’s somewhere I can see myself playing. I want to make sure I am regularly on the team sheet, and that was a good foundation to build on,” he shared, emphasizing his eagerness to seize every opportunity that comes his way.
